Subscriptions and Refunds
Our Service does offers a free trial, which can be used one (1) time per user. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a plan to gain access. We offer monthly plans, and in some cases, a yearly plan may be available for purchase.
Monthly subscriptions renew every month, and yearly subscriptions renew every year.
We utilize services provided by Paddle https://www.paddle.com, a Merchant of Record (MoR), to collect payments and manage subscriptions. Sales tax may apply. Please ensure to read their terms for more information.
You can manage or cancel your subscription on their customer portal at https://paddle.net/.
You can also reach out directly at support@soundnatty.com to manage or cancel your subscription.
By cancelling your subscription you may also lose any applied discount codes if you resubscribe in the future.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to our Service until the end of the billing cycle.
We do not issue refunds for monthly plans. For yearly plans, if your subscription renews and you wish to cancel for a refund, please get in touch with support@soundnatty.com within 3 days of the renewal date.
Termination
We have the right to suspend or discontinue our Service to you or all users at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
